Happy Birthday ~ Taylor!!

Happy Birthday Taylor...

Taylor turned 1 year old!

We just love this little girl. We have discussed that we just aren't sure what we were thinking when we got her. But it was a very purposeful mission... we knew she was meant to be with us.

And through all the ups and downs, overall she has been a really good dog.

But mostly she just makes us laugh, and tears at our heart strings ALL THE TIME!

She is a little rough... I use the term "bull in a china cabinet" often... it seems to fit her personality well. But she is so kind, and sweet too!

We got her some "stuff" that you squeeze inside of this toy, kind of like cheeze whiz, but it comes in funky doggie flavors like liver pate'... yuk!

The point is they work and lick and dig it out and it keeps them occupied for hours at a time....

She really likes it... and was even okay sharing it with Morgan....

But then our little bully Rudy (the Alpha dog in our house)... took his turn and ran off with it and when he plays he doesn't share. So we had to play a little crowd control... after all it was T-bones birthday.

We even sang Happy Birthday, but she had already gotten a whiff of the present and wouldn't sit still for her song.

(no comments on the singing please... it really is just the thought that counts around our house! The good voice genes (on my side anyway) went to another branch on the ol' family tree... for real! and the teenager got my genes on that deal too... sorry buddy)
