I got the bright idea that I HAD TO HAVE Graduation Hat Cupcakes.
They were a little labor intensive... as chocolate melts when you touch it.
And the candy was messy...
But I had lots of help...
And they were cute...
But the important test was in the tasting...
And they passed the test, so I guess it was worth the effort!
And luckily I had minds around me when I couldn't think clearly to cut back the order to make sure all the graduates got one, and don't try and make 200 of them for the entire luncheon... good plan!
