4th of July

We had a fabulous 4th of July. We attended the city parade for the 1st time since we moved here. Jim isn't big on crowds, so he usually avoids anything that would attract allot of people. But he agreed to go in the 100 degree heat and a good time was had by all.

Later, we went to some friends and grilled and did the whole fireworks thing. Our Friends have 8 children, the youngest is 4 months and Jim has fallen in love with Carson. He says he can't wait for Grandchildren now... I can wait a little while longer since Jacob is only 15, but eventually it would be fun!

I was very challenged in the picture taking because they were all moving around so quickly, none of them ever sat still for me to catch a "kodak moment" even though there were many. I will have to work on that.
