Butternut Squash
I know I have tried it before.
But I didn't know I liked it so much!
I got one in my bountiful basket last week from the coop.
The seeds are as yummy roasted as pumpkin seeds,
I LOVE roasted seeds!!
Just a little drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper, that's it!
So yummy!
Who knew?

Hmmm . . . Maybe I'll have to try that. I don't think I've ever had it before.
It is so nice to get on your blog and get to see a little piece of home. Oh, how I miss it!
